Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our team will carefully prepare your items for dispatch.

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your package is ready for shipment.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, severe weather, peak shopping periods, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after your parcel has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Maison Vivienne cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may be imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are determined by your local government and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Maison Vivienne has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates whenever possible.

While we will do our best to assist, investigation and resolution times are determined by the shipping carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the matter promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the external packaging

Once reviewed, our Customer Care team will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or dispatched, and we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Shipping Restrictions

Maison Vivienne reserves the right to decline shipment to certain regions where delivery is unavailable or restricted by applicable laws, courier limitations, or international sanctions.
